Here are some of Who Shot It most asked questions about my photography services. Don't see the answer to your question please feel free to submit your question on the contact form.

Can I reschedule my shoot?

Yes you can, but must reschedule no later than 48hrs of your shoot or event. If you need to reschedule or cancel your shoot within 48hrs of your shoot you will lose your deposit and must pay another deposit if you decide to book another shoot.

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes, weddings & senior portraits are our most popular shoots that clients customize, but any type of shoot can be tailored to what you want. I offer additional services like invitations, photo-books, specialty prints and much more. Just ask during your consultation.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes your deposit secures your session date & time. Deposit goes toward your balance. Session dates & times are first come first serve.

Do I lose my deposit if I cancel?

Yes, deposits are non-refundable. For wedding clients your deposit can be transferred to a personal or family portrait session if you did not book an engagement session.

When is my final balance due?

For portraits & events balance is due the day before the shoot or event. Weddings the final balance is due 1 week before the wedding.

How many outfit changes do I get for a shoot?

Personal, couples & engagement sessions get up to 2 outfit changes with a standard shoot & family sessions get one outfit. Additional outfit changes can be added for an additional cost.

Do you own a studio?

I do not, but I use a few studios and if you want a shoot at a studio there is an additional fee plus the shoot cost. Studio rental time starts at $75/hr.

What happens if my shoot is outdoors & there is inclement weather?

If there is inclement weather you can reschedule your shoot. If you have an event outdoors & there is inclement weather and can't reschedule you will receive a credit for a future shoot.

How many family members are included in a standard family session?

Up to 6 people are included in a standard family session. Additional family members can be added at an additional cost. Contact me for a quote for large multiple family sessions.
